Article 1 (Purpose)

This Policy aims to maintain order in Service use, establish standards for prohibited conduct, and set out usage restriction and sanction procedures in order to create a fair and safe service environment.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

  1. This Policy applies to the Company's website, applications, AI features, credit system, sharing features, team features, and all other related services.
  2. Members must comply with this Policy, the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Credits Policy, and applicable law when using the Service.
  3. Matters not addressed in this Policy are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

Article 3 (Basic Principles)

  1. The Company operates the Service so that all Members can use it on reasonable and equal terms.
  2. The Company determines whether to impose sanctions and the level thereof by comprehensively considering the nature of the violation, intent, recurrence, extent of damage, and impact on service operations.
  3. The Company will generally notify the Member of the reason for any sanction before or immediately after the measure. However, in cases requiring security response, prevention of criminal activity, urgent action, or preservation of evidence, the Company may take action without prior notice and provide subsequent notice.
  4. The Company may monitor usage behavior or detect anomalies to the extent necessary for the safety, security, and sound operation of the Service.

  • Providing false information, impersonating another person, or impersonating the Company or a third party
  • Abnormal use of the Service through automated tools, bots, macros, scraping, circumvention programs, or equivalent means
  • Analyzing, copying, circumventing, or reverse-engineering the Service structure, or attempting unauthorized access, without the Company's approval
  • Fraudulently acquiring, double-claiming, or abusing credits, coupons, promotions, or gratuitous benefits
  • Generating abnormal traffic, repeated requests, or bulk generation that disrupts normal service operations or overloads servers

  • Spreading false information, defamation, insults, harassment, or stalking that harms others
  • Conduct contrary to law, public order, or good morals
  • Any other conduct the Company reasonably determines to undermine the stability, reliability, security, or sound operation of the Service

    • Repetitive or bulk generation of identical or similar patterns
    • Duplicate benefit receipt or sanction evasion attempts using multiple accounts
    • Unauthorized API calls, automated scripts, abnormal traffic, or circumvention access attempts
    • Usage patterns that significantly deviate from normal general use
    • Conduct that risks causing actual harm to other Members or service operations
  2. If an abnormal usage pattern is detected, the Company may request the Member to provide an explanation or additional verification, and may temporarily restrict certain features or account use until verification is complete.

  3. In cases of account suspension or contract termination, payment, refund, and unused credit processing are governed by the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Credits Policy.

Article 7 (Emergency Measures)

  1. The Company may immediately restrict use, block features, deactivate links, reclaim credits, or take other necessary measures without prior notice to the Member in the following cases:

    • The situation is determined to involve illegal conduct or criminal offenses
    • System security threats, intrusion attempts, server attacks, or unauthorized access are detected

  2. If a team member's violation significantly affects the entire team account or the Company's service operations, the Company may impose restrictions not only on that member but also on the relevant team features or entire organizational account.
  3. The Company may restrict some or all team features if risks from abuse of authority, unauthorized sharing, bulk account creation, or poor management are identified.
